Private Tuition
All private sessions are held at my home studio in Chadlington.
I set myself apart from other instructors because I take time to assess your posture and bio mechanics in order to give you tools to rebalance your body and educate you on how to lead a healthier life.
Each 60 minute session can then be truly tailored to your specific needs with your defined goals, whether that be to lose weight, correct posture, improve flexibility, help improve your sport or simply to feel better. Private sessions are excellent for everyone but especially those who prefer privacy or have needs that cannot be addressed in a class setting.
Alongside the reformer I have additional equipment called the Wunda Chair and Tower which are also designed by Joseph Pilates. One to one sessions using this equipment enable me to completely tailor your session to your body’s specific requirements, whether it be for back pain, sports specific training and exercises or just because you would like a class just for you. Don’t believe everything you hear, Pilates on the Reformer can be a serious workout if that’s what you’re looking for.
Highly recommended as a supplement to group classes to refine your technique & improve more quickly.
Individual mat work also available.
Personal Training is the best workout you can get as each session is tailored specifically to your goals. We will work together to ensure you achieve long lasting results with an emphasis on the journey to your desired goal. Don’t expect a quick fix 8 week body transformation, expect an education.

Beginner Pilates Classes
Fridays 10.30am Milton Under Wychwood Village Hall
1 SPACE AVAILABLE
This class is perfect for those who are completely new to Pilates, for those that have experience of Pilates and want to focus on getting the basics right and/or for those who have had a break from Pilates and want a reminder about the basics. This class is also suitable for those experiencing annoying niggles and want to build their fitness slowly and methodically. Beginner Pilates is also a great class for getting safely back into fitness and/or before working out after 10 weeks post-natal.
This class is suitable for people that are considered healthy ie do not have a specific diagnosis like osteoporosis, are recovering from surgery such as a knee or hip replacement.
Improver Pilates Classes

This level class is excellent for those that have practised Pilates for at least 6 months and are ready to progress to the next level. It is is also suitable for a complete beginner who would like to learn and feel the benefits of Pilates after you have completed a course of private lessons with me at my home studio in Chadlington. These sessions allow for the Pilates principles to be introduced and to give both of us the confidence that you’ve grasped the concepts required to take your Pilates further in a group setting.
